Self Introduction
I am a purposeful and passionate teachercoach with eight years of professional teaching experience and ten years of experience in a secondary classroom setting. I currently hold a dual license in the general education English curriculum and also the Special Education curriculum. I have a knack for relationship building which is the driving force behind my teaching philosophy and methodology. I believe that learning starts with and can be sustained through positive relationships. I have graduate level training in differentiating and scaffolding curriculum, and have been evaluated as having high levels of proficiency in executing these skills in a classroom setting. I have eight years of experience in working with collaborative learning teams to design curriculum and related assessments summative and formative. Additionally, I have eight years of experience coaching wrestling in the secondary setting, six of which I have served as a head coach.
